06 Ongoing work

Launch is a milestone, not an ending.

Retained design and development time for teams that keep shipping. New pages, new features, performance, experiments, all handled by the person who built the thing in the first place.

01 How it works
  1. Time, not tickets

A block of retained hours each month, spent on whatever actually matters that month rather than on a scope agreed six months earlier.

  2. The same hands

Work goes to the person who built the original, so there is no ramp-up cost and no archaeology every time something changes.

  3. Kept honest

Performance, accessibility and dependency health get checked as part of the retainer instead of decaying quietly until a rebuild is the only option.

02 Straight answers
Is there a minimum commitment?
Retainers work best in three-month blocks, which is long enough to be useful and short enough that neither of us is trapped.
What if I only need occasional changes?
Then a retainer is the wrong shape and I will say so. Small changes can be handled ad hoc without a monthly commitment.
Do you support sites you did not build?
Sometimes, after an audit. Inheriting a codebase without understanding it first helps nobody.
